Changing Colours

Also known as: Colour change, stripes

Switching to a new colour cleanly so the new colour starts exactly where the row does. Our patterns say "With rust, …" on the first row in a new colour.

How to Changing Colours

1. Work the last stitch of the row before the change until 2 loops remain. 2. Drop the old colour, yarn over with the NEW colour and pull it through. 3. Carry on with the new colour.

💡 Pro Tips

For thin stripes, carry the unused colour up the side instead of cutting it.

Common Uses
