Refund Policy

My Crochet Studio offers a free plan and a paid Maker plan billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing and is responsible for issuing refunds in accordance with applicable law.

2-Day Refund Window

If you are unsatisfied with your Maker subscription, you may request a full refund within 2 days of your initial payment or any renewal charge. To request a refund, contact us with your registered email address and the date of charge, and we will process it through Paddle promptly.

After the 2-Day Window

Refund requests submitted more than 2 days after the charge date are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee refunds outside the 2-day window, but we will always try to find a fair resolution. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us regardless of timing and we will investigate with Paddle.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 2 days of the initial charge or renewal. If you cancel an annual plan after the 2-day window, you retain Maker access for the remainder of your paid year โ€” no partial refunds are issued for unused months after the refund window closes.

How to Cancel

You can cancel at any time from your Settings โ†’ Subscription & Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals โ€” it does not trigger an automatic refund unless you are within the 2-day window.

  • Your Maker features stay active until the end of your current billing period
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the free plan automatically
  • All your patterns and saved data are preserved โ€” nothing is deleted
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain full Maker access

Your Statutory Rights

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional statutory rights under consumer protection law. Paddle, as our Merchant of Record, complies with all applicable legal requirements. Our 2-day refund window does not limit or override any statutory rights you may have under local law.

Free Plan

The free plan requires no payment and no cancellation. Simply stop using it, or delete your account from Settings if you'd like all your data removed.
