Solomon's Knot

1. Pull the loop on the hook up long (about 3/4 inch). 2. Yarn over and pull through, holding the long loop. 3. Insert hook under the back strand of the long loop, yarn over, pull up a loop, yarn over, pull through 2 — one knot. 4. Make two knots, then sc into the base row to anchor them.
