Ruffle Edging

Also known as: Frill

Three double crochets in every stitch along an edge. The extra stitches have nowhere to go, so the edge waves into a ruffle.

How to Ruffle Edging

1. Join yarn at the edge. 2. Work 3 dc in each stitch across (or around). 3. For a fuller ruffle, work a second row of 2 dc in each st.

Uses a lot of yarn — about three times a plain row.
